Your privacy

Privacy policy

This policy explains what information BpBook handles and the choices you have when using the service.

Last updated: 29 July 2026

Information we collect

We collect account details such as your name and email address, authentication and session information, and the information you choose to add to BpBook. This may include blood pressure readings, pulse, notes, reminders, profile details, and preferences.

How we use information

We use this information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve BpBook—for example, to display your diary, save your preferences, authenticate your account, and sync reminders you ask us to sync.

Sharing and connected services

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only when needed to operate the service, when required by law, or when you choose to share it.

If you create a diary sharing link, anyone with that link can view the included readings until the link expires or you revoke it. Notes are included only if you choose that option.

If you connect Google Calendar, BpBook uses the connection to create and manage a dedicated BpBook reminders calendar. Google processes information under its own privacy terms.

Storage, security, and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or security obligations.

Your choices

You can update or delete individual diary entries, revoke sharing links, and disconnect Google Calendar from within BpBook. You may also stop using the service at any time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as BpBook changes. We will publish the revised policy here and update the date above.
