Terms of service

You may use BpBook for lawful, personal purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, keeping your account secure, and activity under your account.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another person’s account or data, interfere with BpBook, or use it in a way that violates the law or another person’s rights.

BpBook is a personal record-keeping tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency monitoring, or an interpretation of your readings.

Do not delay or replace professional care because of information in BpBook. If you believe you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency service.

You keep ownership of information you add to BpBook. You give us permission to host and process it only as needed to provide the service.

You are responsible for deciding who receives a diary sharing link. Anyone with the link may be able to view the shared information until the link expires or is revoked.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of BpBook. We aim to keep the service reliable, but provide it on an “as available” basis and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, BpBook is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The revised terms will be published here with a new effective date. Continuing to use BpBook after an update means you accept the revised terms.
