How it works
Photograph the display clearly, without glare. The reader detects systolic, diastolic, and sometimes pulse. Review each number against its photo, then enter when the reading was taken. The file date is not used as the measurement time.
Photos are processed on your device and are not included in the CSV or saved to your diary. If you choose to sign in, your reviewed numbers are held temporarily in this browser tab so you can save them after returning.
This tool helps organise readings. It does not interpret them or provide a diagnosis.
